@Flipkart @flipkartsupport My consent was not taken first and delivery person opened the product and just called me for OTP. Why is there lack of basic sense for open-box deliveries?. Product might have been fine and sealed, but your people are tampering without thinking a bit.

Whoever introduced 'Open Box Delivery' at @Flipkart destroyed the concept of 'mint condition' and 'customer trust'. There could have been other ways to prevent frauds, than a delivery person opening the package for first time rather than customer. #Flipkart #CustomerExperience

Its such a shame that new companies like @ACKOIndia opens out of blue, then steals customer numbers from somewhere and start calling them from diff numbers without consent, just like scammers. These corporate spammers should be regulated. But who can or who will?
