Gives me the same vibe as exposition. I dont care how gary and barry met to become best friends, unless very very specifically the WAY they met is incredibly important to the story somehow later. I dont need to see them meeting to understand how close they are

Should probably clarify, when i say flashback sequences I dont mean non-linear storytelling, I really liked the first season of the witcher which was absolutely FULL of that. I mean random sequences where you show why two characters know each other or something.

Give me a spa/beach "filler" episode that actually has some long term impact on the story over a random fight scene for literally no reason. Give me that 5 second fight was over instantly scene with a cold one liner and then right back to the plot, over the villain monologue etc

because it too, is filler. same with flashback sequences. Like i would suck to watch anime with because i unironically skip through alot of that stuff so i can get back to the plot lol Which is funny because i watch SO MUCH trash, name an isekai ive probably seen it type shit

that substory (find the kidnapper and get the person back) is that the overall story has not moved forwards at all, then i dont care how epic and action packed that whole substory was, its filler. Or vice versa, a 4 minute long exposition dump does not interest me whatsoever 2/

honestly ive been thinking over what is consistent in what i enjoy and dislike about the writing in stories and shows. There's really only one thing. Story stagnation. As in, say you introduce a new problem, someone was kidnapped or something, if the end result of solving 1/

Fgiured out the celery thing, its whatever chemical it and anise both have. bit into some licorice, got the exact same bitter chemical/medicine taste. realising that thats probably not what licorice tastes like for other people I just assumed people liked that for some reason

bruh i swear i have to have the most cooked resting position. Like head top of my head nestled into my elbow, then hand reaching down from there to, for lack of a better word, caress my own cheek legit just absentmindedly play with the beard scruff at the jawline like that

Fr though im at the point where im applying for like baggage handler jobs out in sydney just to find ANY work, I live 2 hours away. Like why is every fucking job posting fake, why is the expectation that to get work you have to become fake friends with people who might hire you.

lol got denied for the dsp again, I literally personally know people more functional than me with the same conditions as me, who are on it. Like I lived with one of them for awhile and i shit you not, he was the one worried about how I never leave my room except for work LOL

I want to really clarify something here, im not talking i bit into celery and there was a subtle bitter flavor or something, its like overpoweringly strong. I tried doing the peanutbutter celery thing and all i could taste was cleaning fluid with a hint of peanut butter

I was also really susceptible to Allyl isothiocyanate from horseradish last time i tried that, and im just really susceptible to bitter flavors in general (soy bean water one shots me so tofu is actually really bitter unless i process it first) inb4 supertaster lol

Like i went googling, and i keep reading that this might be like the cilantro soap thing and im just like "are you fucking shitting me" Its really disappointing, because im really only a picky eater about textures (just tism things) there's very few flavors that turn me off food
