It was a different time… 🤪 When I looked “my best,” I felt the worst. I didn’t realize how skinny I was + exercising was my only “healthy” way to cope w/ my depression/mania then. Exercising helped get me sober for an hour or two, and then I’d go right back to getting high. 🫠
