Reply from @KLM the morning after it would be useful. Disgusting that she went to the KLM desk & instead of helping her they sent her away with a 15 voucher to sleep on a chair. Why do this? Because if they trick people who don't know their rights it saves them a fortune!
I know @KLM aren't on here - just a reminder as to how awful they are. MIL is stranded at AMS as they've cancelled her 2nd flight. Rebooked her in the morning. They've given her a meal voucher for 15EUR🤣 What is she expected to do all night! Duty of Care under EC 261/2004😡

Very dissappointing from @ODEONCinemas As part of their website upgrade - they've snuck in extra booking fees of £1 on each ticket & now add that at checkout. Previously, it was included in the price you saw :( They still to need update their website to reflect this change.

Hi @ODEONHelp @ODEONCinemas - it seems you've started to add a £1 booking fee per ticket but your website says that it should be included in the ticket price. My two tickets are £11.70 but jump to £13.70 once I go to pay. Is this a bug?
