When Mo Farah won double gold at London 2012, I was just starting my journey into PE teaching. Watching him race - fearless, focused, full of heart - was unforgettable. Last week, I had the chance to meet him. One of the most decorated distance runners of all time 🐐

Absolutely LOVED todays ‘theory through practical lesson’ with my Y10 GCSE class. We learnt about the structure of the cardiovascular system and students were challenged to build their own heart using a range of PE specific equipment. Here is the winner 🥇
