There may be thousands of non mining nodes, but there are very few machines actually writing to the ledger. They can be mobilised to act by court order or else be shut down. Code is not law, law is law.

@vigneshakmr8 @DailyMail @blockreview_ No one needs to crack any seed phrase, the courts will simply order miners to append the ledger. The idea that Bitcoin is outside the law or unconfiscatable is false and CSW intends to prove it, destroying BTC’s only remaining use case.
