Did this Partridge as a starter ladt night , had just one in the freezer. Brined, marinaded in honey, soy sc and mustard . Served with crushed peas with a little juniper, finished with chicken stock reduction

Best way to have mince pies, remove lid, slightly warm , add brandy butter, put lid back on, warm a little more. Serve with #mavrodaphne of Patras #greekwine . Perfect
