The Terri Ann Davies v Gavin Paul Carter trial has enabled Richard Davies and his RED3D associates to conceal a very serious criminal offense. The fraud and extortion of Mrs Brenda Carter for the non existent https://t.co/OR1pqQRSYq, cost 34,000 of her savings and her life.

After realising that Mrs Carter had been scammed out of 34,000 for https://t.co/OR1pqQRSYq complaints were made through RED3D's website. Richard Davies shut it down and hid. Terri Lucas, who had a RED3D business profile was complained to and instead of refunding, she sued Gavin.

This whole warped business led to a legal action against Mrs Carter's son. Instead of doing the decent thing, giving a refund. Terri Davies (Terri Lucas) sued Gavin for harrassment and defamation. He had no legal aid, mentally ill and devastated after his Mom's death, he lost.

Richard Davies insisted that RED3D had completed the contract and all money was now due for https://t.co/OR1pqQRSYq. The build was not completed, the system agreed under that name never properly existed or functioned. Instead he extorted a further 3,000 pounds from Mrs Carter.

Many complained and Mrs Carter's son Gavin was prosecuted for harrassment and defamation, he was tried while mentally ill, a short time after the death of his Mother Brenda, her health and mind destroyed by those associated with Richard Davies and RED3D. Gavin is now bankrupt.
