@StarbucksUK can someone explain to me why I was refused the opportunity to collect points on my card today, something about being a franchised branch. There were not any features to distinguish this particular one from any others, if I had known I would not have bothered.

@RoyalMail So if I post a parcel second class on Saturday the 11th November do you expect my tracking information to still say “We’ve got it” and it to still say “Accepted at Post Office” 6 days later. I don’t!

anyone think it is acceptable and or professional to not hear from @PCSLEGAL for 30 days? This is clearly putting my sale in jeopardy or is this standard for a legal firm that have been paid up front?

@PCSLEGAL I see countless positive tweets 4 you on here, why then have I been waiting since 16th June for a reply to 1 question and you seem intent on stating it takes 20 weeks (therefore likely to drag it out) to complete, despite mine being a straightforward freehold sale only?

@SpafinderEurope But of course you would much rather those that purchased your vouchers book somewhere, take holiday (possibly), turn up and be told they can’t use them and head off home disappointed and probably embarrassed.
@SpafinderEurope hi, your FAQs say that your gift cards never expire, why do they say they must be used within 12 months of purchase, therefore they expire, no. Do u have a problem with replying to tweets?
