@airindia this destroyed my whole vacation plans and my all bookings were affected/cancelled. This cost me a lot and you @airindia are not even willing to refund my ticket ammount.

I will have to take this to higher authorities and get legal help as these people think money grows on trees and it is okay to loot it from hard working citizens. @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho @airindia

As expected @airindia is again trying to dodge their shortcomings and hiding behind the banner of policies. But I know I'm not alone whom you guys have scammed like this. I had make my situation very clear but you guys won't understand it

@airindia scams and never cared about their customers. Worst airline service, worst staff. Nobody at the airport is willing to help. They are all trying to start your money and nobody knows the actual rules and suggesting misinformation. So here is the story that -

I couldnt board my flight because your so call professional asked me to resolve my issue at the airpor and not on the phone when I called them for help. Also they dragged this to the last hour so i am not able to claim my refund through my insurance which i payed for just in case

This was never done they just ignored me and maybe sold my ticket to another person.  I had a chat with migration officers they told Thailand allows travellers with passport validity more than a month (just 30 days) and these guys ask for 6 months.

poor communication of your staff.  But that's not all your manager at the airport told I should ask the service(agoda from which i booked my ticket) to provide refund and also stated that I am adding notes to you case ‘ intiate refund ‘ so it will easier for me to get it.

you could have saved me flight ticket charges and all the bookings inhad done before hand which would amount for 60k INR won't be wasted. My flight ticket costing me 25k and my other bookings hotels and activities 60k + INR all wasted coz you had not addressed me properly and

hassle just to be denied entrance/boarding. Why make me travel so far and waste so much of my time 24+ hours. Why would you reassure me that this can be resolved at the airport. I HAD A INSURANCE FOR MY FLIGHT TICKETS. If you guys would know your work properly and have guided me

So I just ignored this and boarded my flight 2 days after, from Indore to Delhi (I live in Indore/mp as this was connecting flight i had to first travel from Indore to Delhi and then board for my next flight delhi to bangkok for which I was denied) i had to go through all this

but they told me to not worry this might be a technical issue and asked me to get it resolved at the airport. I asked them promptly that if there is any issue they should tell me beforehand but they insisted me to get it checked at the airport.

@airtelindia @airtelnews This is here to inform that I have more than 6 connections of airtel sim and wifi services, I'm going to revoke them all @airtelindia @airtelnews Your competitors atleast listen to people. Worst service.

@airtelindia @airtelnews I repeat it's been 5 days, i stay in Ujjain, MP The app chat service always shows that within minutes or hours the issue will be resolved but it has been 5 long days.
