If President Ramaphosa wants to salvage some credibility for government’s response to this COVID-19 crisis, he cannot allow NDZ to evade accountability on the tobacco ban lie. He must fire her.
It appears that Dlamini-Zuma lied to South Africans in her justification for the continued ban on the sale of cigarettes & other tobacco products. If this is indeed the case, then Ramaphosa has no choice but to fire her. -@jsteenhuisen

Absolutely. 100% agree this is bullshit. No cigarettes or alcohol until level one? Follow the money trail, where is she or one of her sons making money from illegal cigarettes or tobacco sales!? It's a no brainer that this is linked to corruption! No other country has these bans!
