What is wrong with these people? Found tied on a roof on Chauncey St, Brooklyn, NY #NYCACC is estimating him to be 15 yrs old They are calling him Puff 240728 He is now on a 3 day stray hold and hopefully, doesn't catch pneumonia there before he can be rescued. So sick of idiot
