In addition to its natural luxurious fragrance and that it provides a source of #nectar for #bees, #rosehips also has medicinal properties. We use rose hip oil in our #Eczacalm and #HerbalHeal, which is used to help with scars and fine line wrinkles. #savethebees #feedthebees

With the weather warming up, we can now transplant our hot peppers into the ground. Here, we have the #jalapeño amongst our other hot pepper varieties. These jalapeños will be great for roasting or to settle disputes on the farm in what some know as a chili eating contest.

Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater. Well, honey eater actually. Typically, bees will find #nectar on a multitude of wild flowers, and on trees and shrubs. As we've been cleaning out our bee boxes, the bees find their way to our stashes of #honey from last year's colonies.

Our #calendula is finally out of the greenhouse and in the soil. We get to hand over our hard work to mother nature. It won't be long before these flowers grow to be waist height and full of bright orange blossoms. #organiccalendula #organicskincare #moonvalleyorganics

We are so lucky to be able to wildcraft #horsetail right here on our farm where it grows naturally. Since we are certified #organic by the USDA, the wild plants we #harvest are clean and the environment they are growing in is protected. We use horsetail in our Herbal Heal.
