@MoonStoneBlower @0_mmaaii_R Shafiʿis say that the congregation of women in home is better than in Masjid, and this recommendation is fulfilled by praying with any other person, such as her father, mother, husband, etc. If the woman is young, then it is generally Makruh for her to go to the Masjid.

@IbnSafarAlShafi @0_mmaaii_R Most Shafii jurists would not say it is makruh. The Ultimate Conspectus which we use in our fiqh classes state that it is recommended for women to go. The benefit of being a woman is that they get rewarded either way and do not lose in reward. It is equitable to their needs
