Umm Salamah reported:
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would end prayer with salutations of peace and remain in his place for a while. The Prophet would end prayer and the women would depart to enter their homes before he would depart.
Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 812
She replied, "What prevents him from stopping me from this act?" The other replied, "The statement of Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) : 'Do not stop Allah's women-slave from going to Allah s Mosques' prevents him."{Bukhari&muslim}.
4 - Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
Prayer in congregation is better than prayer alone by twenty seven degrees.

Ibn Hazm writes:
وَهَذَا عُمُومٌ لَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُخَصَّ مِنْهُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِنَّ
This tradition is general in meaning. It is not permissible to exclude women from it.

Abu Hamid said:
It is recommended for men to pray in congregation and it is recommended for women to pray in congregation, whether it is an obligatory or voluntary prayer.

5 - It was narrated from ‘Abd-Allah ibn Mas’ood that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A woman’s prayer in her room is better than her prayer in her courtyard, and her prayer in her cabinet is better than her prayer in her room.”
A thing to note though: going to the mosque is more than just offering your Salah in congregation. It is also a way to meet other religious people, listen to sermons, feel religiously inspired, seeking support from your community, mosque lessons and events, etc.
6 - Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
لَا تَمْنَعُوا النِّسَاءَ حُظُوظَهُنَّ مِنْ الْمَسَاجِدِ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنُوكُمْ
Do not prevent women from their share of the mosques if they seek your permission.
Ibn Hazm writes:
If a free woman or maid servant asks permission from her husband or her master to attend prayer in the mosque, then it is an obligation upon him to permit her.

Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
لَوْ تَرَكْنَا هَذَا الْبَابَ لِلنِّسَاءِ
It would be better if you had left this door to the mosque for women.
Since the concern is "oh women should know the rulings", then here were both rulings, Hadiths and opinions that not only permit women to go to congregation but also show it is a GOOD thing.
