How would Pakistan fare if the women were able to go outside as much and were able to report incidences of rape? The latter is more important since it's normally with someone you know

Globally, the highest reported rape rate per 100,000 people was documented in Botswana (92.93), followed by Lesotho (82.68) and South Africa (72.10). The United States fell 13th in the global rank, with a reported rape rate of 27.31 per 100,000 people.
Pakistan not in Top 100.

In Pakistan women are allowed to go outside. There is no evidence which backs up that in other countries people claim rape cases more than in Pakistan.

If you watch any street view of Pakistan, how many women do you see vs a street view of any western country?
Even when I went to turkey it was all men outside and they're supposedly "more liberal"
