a co-worker’s son completed 4 rounds of interviews, had his offer pulled because “another person was also offered the position and their paperwork made it in first”…he’s already given his current employer his notice.
y’all are out here playing games with people’s lives.
I told a candidate their last interview was their last one. I was wrong. I told them sorry, blah, blah. They emailed me back and said they feel like they are done interviewing and can answer questions via email. It's now turned into a no-win situation.

I assume she's the recruiter? They're often in the dark and it's the hiring managers who mess things up but it makes the recruiter look bad since they're the face
