So yeah... this was a bit of a crazy week trying to solve the situation. For anyone else thinking of doing an airdrop on twitter: I recommend setting a small cap or atleast having some tools ready to automate it just incase!

Hopefully some of you learnt some valuable lessons of the importance of backing up your wallets. I know many lost access to their MOON - its a good thing its MOON and nothing important like your $AVAX or bitcoin.

Even if MOON isn't worth anything, atleast you guys have some verifiable proof that you were around at the launch of Avalanche mainnet, as I know many of you missed the presale and the Avalanche network has an exciting future ahead.

Please remember I didn't promise anything other than giving MOON asset to those that met requirements. There are no price expectations or exchange listing plans.

I have had people reach out to me with ideas of turning MOON into a community run project which could be interesting but we'll have to see if there is enough continued positive interest.

People kept asking me for another chance to get some MOON and I did promise another airdrop round... which I do kind of regret now but I will still go ahead and do it for those that want to take part still (hoping there will be far less interest this time)

Yes, it should have been planned better but I really didnt expect for more than 100 people to be interested and it all got out of hand. Just remember If you are getting something for free, atleast make some effort into reading the requirements and updates.

I probably should have ended the airdrop earlier but I thought I would let it run for a full 24 hours to try and keep people happy. Turns out you can't make everyone happy - still got alot of people complaining they didn't receive the airdrop even though they missed the cut offs.

I used the following cut off times based on tweet announcement timestamps: Tue Sep 22 17:51:50 +0000 2020 - People that posted addresses only up until this point still got their MOON. After this time, people had to post their address + a pic of their wallet.

This was quite messy but I wanted to make sure everyone that followed instructions and met requirements got their MOON. MOON has been (and still is) sent out in batches to those that met requirements. Hoping to get that finished next week.

After filtering the tweets, I sent 1000 MOON each to over 2000 addresses but realised some of the tweets had not been seen by the bot so I posted instructions for those that did not receive but met requirements to send me their original tweet link (so the bot could pick it up).
