I'm not on this app much anymore but this popped up and I hope it gains more traction. We started our business at the Lansdowne Farmers Market. If retail is how the project will pay for itself, then we need to rethink the expansive lawns, HUGE units, and long lease terms.

The ruby chocolate has tart berry-like flavour. Made from a specific varietal of cocoa beans, it is minimally fermented unlike regular chocolate to retain its fruity flavour. Moo Shu's Asian Heritage Month creations mostly represent our own East Asian heritage.

Chrysanthemum flowers, honey and Chinese berries (longan, goji, jujube) create a floral flavour like a mix of elderflower and chamomile with subtle topical fruit undertone. It's like a wildflower honey where you can taste all the aromas and complexities of a field of wildflowers.

It's almost the end of May! To celebrate Asian Heritage Month, we created an ice cream dip bar inspired by Vivienne Poy. She is Canada's first senator of Asian ancestry and was the one to put forth the motion to officially establish May as Asian Heritage Month in Canada.

3. Robins Egg Dip Bar: everyone's favourite and our take on a cream egg. White rabbit ice cream with our famous homemade salted duck egg custard inside. Dipped in egg shell coloured white chocolate and sprinkled with a mix of toasted seeds.
