I tend to be "loud" but I've never felt that it hampered my ability to teach a concept/principal...my loud moments tend to come when I feel the game is being disrespected through a lack of focus or effort.

Over the past several days I've enjoyed reading the tweets about different coaching styles...I think it's important not to declare that one style is markedly better than another...my belief is simple- be who you are !

Do the little things right. Summer training reminders: • hydrate hydrate hydrate • take mobility serious & stretch • REST your body These things require discipline and will only benefit you.

Lost a great mentor today...Vernon Goertz was much more than my O-Line coach in college...he taught me what it means to be a committed Husband and Father...and to own my actions and words...he influenced countless young men and I'm very proud to be counted among them ! R.I.P
