A nice thing about making Hearthstone News was how low the bar was; there was almost no audience for it but also no competition. Now trying to make funny videos for a wide audience and putting them on Youtube to compete with the funniest shit out there, that's a real challenge 😅

Since GM, maybe 5 people made enough money to live just competing in HS. Honestly, sucks to rip off the band-aid but it's probably a good thing that the already correct choice of finding a different career path is now obvious for everyone.

To be fair though this 30 card meta seems like good hands have millions of options while bad hands can't do anything and just die quickly, at least from the small sample I've seen. Say what you want about Renathal but one thing he did was giving bad hands a fighting chance

Watching Hearthstone Worlds, and so far every time I thought "This is exactly how I would have played this game" that player lost. And when they play completely differently from what I'd do they systematically win. Haven't touched the game in months, maybe that's why...
