Instead of accepting this is a faulty appliance, they want us to pay for these additional parts and service,with no guarantees that it won’t re-occur. I’d understand if this was a first-time issue, but with repeat issues, one would expect some concession. Just 2nd year running!.

Total extortion by @DaikinIndia . Received a faulty AC. Purchased in Oct 2023. Changed coil last year when cooling stopped in peak summer. Now with summers beginning, it turns out compressor is dead and needs replacing. They want to charge for capacitor and gas refilling (1/2).
