I can pig out a little to gain my lbs back but it feels so counterintuitive. Also I despise how much time exercise takes out of my day. Don't miss being fat. didn't notice how unwell I was feeling until I lost it. But I also miss eating entire pizzas and having all the time.

long short I got p fat during covid, was p bad, I spent the past year losing weight, Now I hit my Goal weight (well 4lbs under), flat stomach and all. Question is, now what? I can't eat shit now cus I'm so much lighter my TDEE is annoyingly low.

I forget that not everyone got on steam through the orange box. I remember being mad it forced me to use it because i just wanted video game. My pc couldn't even run half life 2 so i had to run out and buy a new gpu from sketchy local shop. This was 16 years ago now
