In paper 2, we report on the factors that make decisions about the fate of frozen eggs difficult and propose strategies for improving this experience and facilitating egg disposition and donation.

In paper 1 we argue that providers promoting egg freezing need to address the collateral problem: that surplus eggs can become a significant emotional burden, a source of moral distress, and present substantial logistical issues.
