So much about the immigration and asylum system is just completely unknown to people day to day. Some examples:

Dutch volleyball player Steven Van de Velde debuted at the Paris Olympics today. Why does this matter? Because he was convicted of repeatedly RAPING a 12-year-old girl he met online while he was an adult. Van de Velde travelled to her home in England, plied her with alcohol,

Today I’m grateful for the sun shining - I can’t wait for summer! My favourite part of summer is being able to pick up a book I wouldn’t normally read - a play or a different genre, and sitting in a park and exploring a new world! Anyone else? 💗
