I am so pleased to share that I received the final PhD Award letter on 25 March from the UWS, UK. My study area was Workforce Development and Dementia Care in Bangladesh: Policy Learning from the Scottish Context. I am thankful to my supervisors, and family for cordial support.

Successfully defended my PhD thesis viva on 14 November and passed with minor corrections. I am so thankful to my supervisors, examiners, chair of the exam. board, faculty members and PhD students in the ASCPP, and my family and friends for all their kind support and inspiration.
