This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Requesting Ola to take strict action against this behavior and ensure that customers are treated with basic respect and that scheduled services are actually honored.

Yesterday, as per Ola’s scheduled service appoint, I visited the assigned Ola Center with my vehicle. Shockingly, two employees at the center refused to accept my vehicle for service and clearly said that I can complain anywhere, even on social media, it does not matter to them

₹3 lakh minimum for Covid patient even if they stay for a day. ICU with ventilator ₹1 lakh per day. Some hospitals charging ₹5 lakh minimum at time of admission. Loot in the name o treatment. Govt hospitals treating patients as criminals. No care , no medicines, no ventilators
