We welcome the news this week of NHTSA's new safety standard for Automatic Emergency Braking!
After having provided the first pedestrian AEB technology to the industry back in 2010, we're proud that this technology will now become a standard for new vehicles by the end of the
NHTSA is announcing a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard that will make automatic emergency braking, including pedestrian AEB, standard on all passenger cars and light trucks. This is expected to significantly reduce rear-end and pedestrian crashes.
