My mom just did this when I asked her to watch Kpop Demon Hunters with me 🧍🏽.

So, I welcome the flexibility of 9-5 now. I can fit in a nap after work and a workout session before dinner. I understand that others have different schedules though, so sometimes not even 9-5s work well.

I’m ngl I used to work 12-16 hour days when I was a FT Production Assistant. I enjoyed my job and made $1k a week, but it was physically exhausting. I would get up at 4 AM for some shoots to drive to Set. Then leave by 9 PM. I was always exhausted 😞.
is it just me or is there something really wrong with spending 8 to 9 hours at work, only to come home and have just 4 hours of personal time, and that already includes prepping for the next day? this doesn’t feel like really living.

UMR Cobra is offering me medical insurance coverage for $890/month. That only leaves me with $310 until the next pay day. If I paid rent, which is about $1100 in my area, I’d be screwed. Fck UMR and these other big insurance companies.
