I had a SW, MCO-SDF with 3+ hr delay & poor communication. Gate agents were overwhelmed & impatient, food options were closed due to the late departure, and passengers were left hungry and exhausted. I paid over $500 for this ticket. Very disappointing experience. @SouthwestAir
