Since then I have tried to contact them six times over the span of around a month, and they have ignored me. Initially I did not think this was intentional, but then I saw them post more job-listings, leading to this.

Later on however, they attacked my credibility saying that "I could have charged any number" (Keep in mind that they agreed to the rate), and then proceeded to trash my work; saying they could've done better.

After this, I asked them to pay me half at the very least and said that they could pay me the rest within a reasonable time period. They agreed to this as well.

I explicitly stated my rate, and I did not start working until I had confirmation. After fulfilling my obligations, I let them know the total amount and they responded saying that they did not "expect" it to be that much, and how they "didn't even have that (amount)"
