It's your lucky day! My #memoir is #free on #Kindle until Saturday January 24. Want to know the story? I wandered around drunk and confused for 9 years after getting hit in the head by a pickup truck at a broken red light. But I escaped the chemical fog and disability trap.

I can't sleep. But advice from #sleep experts is not realistic. Stop drinking at noon? Avoid caffeine during the afternoon? Forget about alcohol? Be in bed by sunset? I wrote about geriatric #insomnia until I fell asleep. Maybe it will help you too.

It's time to replace your passwords with passkeys. Passwords are hard to remember. Passkeys are not. Your face or fingerprint logs you in. Nothing to forget or type. I wrote a guide for brain injury survivors and anyone tired of forgetting passwords.
