The league did not take into account the fact finals games were more important than home and away clashes (or the Snoop Dogg defence!) but was swayed by compelling medical testimony about the impact of the ban on Rankine and future ramifications in reducing its 5 weeks to 4 👇.

Of course this is going to play out for another day because the AFL are going to have to find a way to allow him to play in finals. A farce of a situation they have a precedent. Should be suspended on the spot for five weeks like everyone else apart from Graham who self reported.
