Hopefully we’ve finally cracked the code with writing a decent What/ How/ Why paragraph.

I don’t know if I’m the only ECT to think this, but training during COVID no where near prepared me for my ECT year. I feel like there were so many jobs that were skipped and missed last year that I’ve now got 100x more things to do. It’s tough.
