Year 3 have been learning about Volcanoes 🌋 today in science we used bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to cause a chemical reaction to create our own mini volcanoes! 🌋 🧪 🤯

Year 3 are ordering fractions. We know if the numerators are the same, the greater the denominator the smaller the fraction 🔢

Year 3 are analysing the text in our book ‘The Snow Dragon’ to determine the relationships between the characters. Through discussion, we have decided the character ‘Book’ is quite unruly and has become a terrible hindrance to Little Tuft as he embarks on his adventure!

Team Yew have been acting out scenarios and using the ‘solve it together’ technique in PSHE. This technique will help us to resolve conflicts by sharing our feelings and finding solutions together.
