Lecturer Joe organises weekly 5k fun runs on Ardeer promenade

I’m not a natural or enthusiastic runner but I’ve been taking part in #ardeerpromrun every week now I’ve met some lovely people and little Joe and his friend are always encouraging with a high five 🤗

As we walked along Irvine beach before our swim Dr P and I discussed possible crime scene plots with the number of jelllyfish lying lifeless along the shore and we were inspired by Scottish crime @LiamMcIlvanney and his passion for the Ayrshire coast 😱

Did mean to take pictures at the #northayrshireopenartshow but this moggy stole the show 😻🎨 the exhibition is on until Saturday
