I can’t help but feel a bit deflated over our student voice. Both myself and the other teacher are new to the school, and the students (Y9) have said that they don’t know the basics. Surely it’s unfair to blame us as we didn’t teach them in Y7/8 🙁

Part 1 : I will be honest with what I am struggling with at the moment. I have introduced a new greeting for the register and am really trying to insist on everyone say it. I have a couple of students who refuse to say it.

So this week is our QA week, and of course I had my observation with the one class as I praying it would not be! Honestly I don’t know whether to laugh or cry
