Today I taught my first lesson to my lovely Years 4s, kickstarting with a maths lesson about subtracting money!🤓 so unbelievably proud of the effort the put in, and I’m proud of my wobbly delivery! Everyone starts somewhere🤷🏻♀️🤣

Im really proud of how today went. I managed to present for 10 minutes, without the use of my notes (big thing for me🥳), but I spent the afternoon getting to know some of the Year 5s in my new placement class! Great vibes from the school, can tell I’ll love it already🤩

Day 2 post-op and doctors are really impressed with how my eye is healing. 90% healed ALREADY😯 Lights are sore, eye is swollen, and vision in the left is a worse blur than before, but 🤞🏼 smoother cornea to get a contact lens in Feb🤕🙂
