There is need to amend the Universities Act 2012 , .section 5A by deleting the word “may” appearing in subsection (3) immediately after the words “The Commission” and substituting therefor the word “shall”. This will streamline training of professionals- lawyers , medics etc.

In my opinion the only thing giving SHA a bad name is this so called IT system that hangs 79% of the time and fails to flag fraudulent claims made by the greedy hospital owners. You can not believe the number of phone calls I get (and mostly from the North) of people who want to.

How can a MUSLIM steal from the public? Ashamed that the health facilities that were fraudulently paid tens of millions of public funds are predominantly from Mandera. Waziri @HonAdenDuale must ensure that these thieves are prosecuted and made to refund every penny they stole.
