Scouting database has hit 30,000 processed CS matches in 2025. PC basically falling apart but its just about hanging in there. One day I'll work out something to actually do with all this data.

A very bizarre choice from SAW to attend. Even without coming 4th they would barely break even (with a lot of cost to attend). The major race is already very much on. Budapest qual was primarily decided by mistakes, not successes. Only time will tell if that holds true again.
Has to feel terrible to be SAW rn. Show up to “Glassboro, New Jersey” from EU to lose VRS points

A record equalling event for @EPICLAN ,with EPIC46 having 44 CS teams. Cologne Major race already in full swing with the race for January rankings very much on. Hopefully teams with major aspirations have noticed and arent leaving it to the last minute again...

there’s lots of fair criticism of 3.0 but saying that late-round kills count for TOO LITTLE is a new one wish people had the courtesy to understand what they were moaning about before calling something “complete garbage”
If you haven’t noticed new rating favors riflers way more. AWPers? Suffer. Back in 2.0, damage was one of the core components. Not only one but definitely a major factor. That gave weight to late round kills, which are arguably the most important. Now? You can get more score for

Only had to double check 5 times I was buying flights to Budapest and not Bucharest. See you at the major, only need to tank a horrifically early flight.

How has the VRS ranking breakdown changed between Austin 🇺🇸 Invites to Budapest 🇭🇺 Invites? The concentration of LAN wins now extends far deeper. Opponent Network has less fall off and extends further down the ranks. BOFF and BCOL relatively unchanged.

I disagree with this sentiment as all of these teams have had far bigger events where they couldve secured the major earlier. This final spot shouldnt even exist really if it wasnt for VP's visa issue. This situation is essentially just one of the 3rd place playins of old. If
remember the criticism that the rmr was bad because it was more important than the major for these teams now fragadelphia is more important than the major to eu teams

Here are the current EU 🇪🇺 Major VRS predictions whilst FRAG is still ongoing. One spot is left, 7 teams still with a chance and 5 fighting it out at Fragadelphia. 9INE keep their hopes alive, which team will fall first. Most teams hope rely on what happens in SAW's matches.

Did get the section wrong about when decay is set, as I forgot the filter order Good ol confusing VRS Its still dependent on match end time (not start time), the reference match will just be later on that monday (it wont be the frag final).. This still has barely any effect.
