Thank you to #NELFTBoard for the opportunity to present a fantastic QI project at the meeting today. Claire (assistant psychologist) has shown fab results in improving engagement in MHST interventions for boys (aged 11-16y) within a designated school, from 4% to 50% in one year👏

Last week, we had a fantastic Foundation training session with the Thurrock leadership team - some great discussions on how to use #QI principles to understand problems and leverage data to drive #improvement. The theme of the day was all about learning and growing together!📈
