First, Minato had a different sense of how things were, he had no problem relating to others like Sasuke. Second, Sasuke did care about Sakura.

Adult Sasuke truly cares for Sakura and he also did when their team was formed but his quest for revenge made him distant to not only her but Naruto and Kakashi as well, even though he became too engraved

And Sakura is more akin to Minato with Kushina when she was learning of Naruto’s burden as a Jinchuriki, and even if she felt she couldn’t do much, her feelings show she wanted to help him any way she could.
