Season 22 Update! The @hrlAmericans and @HRLTourists will be swapping cities! The Americans are heading to Eagan after 8 years in Hopkins as the Diamondbacks/Americans. The Tourists live up to their bio and are heading to Hopkins following their first year in Eagan.

Post tournaments i go out a day later to fire one more strike. I reflect on the insane 4+ year journey its been since the accident that nearly took my arm and easily could've my life. You never know when you've thrown your last strike, step back and be thankful for what you have!

Team Announcement #24: Playing out of the Twin Cities, the North Stars return for their 4th WCT. The core of this team helped HRL's NWLA Tournament squad to a top 4 finish over the weekend. The North Stars had their best finish by far in 2023, going 2-2 to finish in the top 24.
