Players crying about free loadouts in extraction games need to not play them.

Pragmata, RE Requiem, GTA 6, Wolverine, First Light, Saros*, Crimson desert, Nioh 3, Romeo is Dead Man, Dawn Walker, Forza Horizon 6. However i will probably wait for deep discounts for many except RE9.

Just a FYI. you can play every game out with 16gb system ram. Do yourself a favor before buying a game look at minimum specs. As long as u meet those u are just fine. After that all you need to do is lower some settings in game.

I have yet to find a single PC game i can't run with my PC and its four years old and was around $900. I don't plan on upgrading or completely replacing this PC for years. I know how to lower settings, use DLSS etc.

Do yourself a favor. If u have a gaming PC you are happy with right now. Just keep it. Don't get scammed into paying 4X the price for ram. Dont buy gpus when they are 200% the msrp, Dont over pay for storage. Keep what u have and use your graphics settings.

The steam controller is the only device i slightly care for that valve is putting out. i dont need another PC, i dont need VR. Hell i already have a nice controller, mouse and keyboard. This controller is just a novelty.

Do not buy a linux PC as your first gaming rig. PLEASE. DONT DO IT. I tried to tell the steam deck bros this and they didnt listen now all of them are rocking legit desktop PCs or went back to console. a OS that only plays like half your games aint it.

I picked up EAFC 26 for 50% off this weekend. will probably be the only game i buy unless some of the newer released from August/September drop in price. Toxic asses on the internet will call people who wait for sales poor. For me its available time. i dont need every new game.

I powered on my PS5 today to play some GT7. I thought to myself. Imagine fanboying for such a machine.

This is what my 2025 looked like on Steam if i took away indies and early access games. I hardly buy new games tbh. I played other games outside of steam like Wuchang, Cronos, EAFC 26 etc tho.

I started Tainted Grail fall of avalon this weekend and im completely lost. i have no idea what i need to do to progress anything, how i will build my character etc. Its awesome and kind of overwhelming.

I tried to make a top 5 list of PS5 games i enjoyed playing the most on my PS5 console and it took me forever and i still cant fill the list. I played Elden Ring and Cyberpunk more than any Sony game this gen. Returnal GT7 ... ... ...

If the PS6 releases in 2028 i will probably hold out for a couple years waiting on an improved model. Maybe 2030 when there are more must have games.

I have nothing to worry about. I have a PC im happy with. I own a PS5, SX and Switch with more than enough games to keep me playing for years. Prices sky rocketing for a while is whatever. PC wont be upgraded til 2027 at the earliest and im reading the PS6 is in 2028.

I suggest Developers start lower PC ram requirements of games to 16gb. Soon no one is building a PC with 32 or 64gb ram.

You don't need a steam machine. If you don't own a gaming PC already i do no recommend buying a linux box. Just a FYI out of my over 5 thousand PC games almost half of them dont work on linux without serious trouble shooting. WHy would u make that your first PC?

If you can afford a high end PC obviously the steam machine isnt for you. Just build a banger itx system for the living room. You could put something like the 5070 ti in it and that would wreck anything the steam machine can do.

Valve needs to invest in a app section on the steam machine. i know u can go into desktop and link programs like discord, spotify and netflix to the client. However for people looking for a seamless console like experience. They need the apps they are used to using on console.
