Dorian Yates just posted he’s grown in height at 63. If anyone else said it, I’d ignore it. But I believe him 100%. I was 5’11” my entire life. Now there’s hope I’ll be a 6-foot mega chad.

GM Ralph Waldo Emerson once said "A man is what he thinks about all day" If that were literally true, most young men would have become beautiful young women before age 16. Seriously though, it's pretty darn important to guard your mind against negativity.
