10th Oct is Mental Health Day and the theme this year is 'Do one thing'. As a community we can all share that one thing that makes us feel better, hopefully we will end up with a raft of tips that could prove helpful for others.

We'd like to say a huge thanks to CPA Global who raised a total of £3,102.30 for our charity through their Jersey-to-Brussels lockdown Trail 2020. The kms were logged over a two week period with CPA converting every km into £1 for Mind Jersey. Well done to all involved!

Everyone has down days. It's what we do with these that counts. Recognise patterns or triggers that may be causing your mood to drop and see if you can make adjustments that may be helpful. Above all else understand that’s its ok to feel this way.
