Gamers burn calories while playing: ~150-200/hour. Don’t dwell on tilt, attitude, energy, or focus without first addressing nutrient needs. After 4 hours, nutrients from your previous meal are gone. ~ = approximately .‘could be more or less’. metabolic rates are not homogeneous.

One of my 2020 goals was to run 2,020 miles. I ran 1,505+ miles (75% to goal). In my PhD program, 75% is a fail. In esports, 75% gets you fired. In relationships, 75% effort won’t last. In parenting, 75% presence makes a weak parent. Is my running year a failure?. 1/4.

I meet with my mental health therapist often and I am a practitioner myself. Sustaining and working towards being healthier is not a sign of weakness. Always work towards being the best version of yourself. Ignore the noise, all of us need mental health support.

Moving back to LA soon. First thing Imma do is look for a therapist. For the longest time I’ve seen therapy as a sign of weakness, but admitting I need help and seeking it is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I don’t want my mental health to ruin my life anymore.

Late night session at @Hiko’s. Brought our functional trainer. We took mushrooms (Lions Mane). Hiko is currently on a bosu ball. Conducted a food sensitivity test, updated supplement protocol. The man is a beast. Crushing it. We won’t ever be outworked. Detroit hustle.
