Following a news report on @itvnews we want to reassure families and hospitals that with the help of our donors & blood bikes services our freezers are fully stocked. we have great levels of both pasteurised and unpasteurised milk! Infact we’ve had to invest in 3 more freezers!

October is #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth, after meeting the @CoppaFeelPeople team we have made some additions to our donor boxes! Donors will receive a Shower Sticker reminding you to ‘feel yourself’ as well as a card to scan to receive free monthly reminders to check your chest!

We have historically always supplied these hospitals, however donor milk hubs (also known as satellites) contribute towards the NHS Greener Agenda by reducing the miles travelled by @bloodbikeswales when delivering milk.

Today we are delighted to announce the opening of our 6th pasteurised milk hub within NHS neonatal units! . Ysbyty Glan Clwyd is now home to the first donor milk hub in North Wales and will dispatch donor milk within the North Wales Neonatal Service.
