This is a song I’ve sung to Jaden since he was a baby. Several years ago, he started to sing along with me. People ask me all the time, “Does Jaden communicate with you?” The answer, of course, is yes. He just has his own mysterious and incredibly beautiful language. ❤️

According to Liberal Minister, Wayne Long, today in Question Period: “Last night we passed a generational budget that will transform this country.” Sadly, he’s probably right for once. 🛞🔥

Honoured to meet Richard Gere on Parliament Hill today, as he continued his relentless fight for human rights for the Tibetan people. Was struck by his genuine passion and the warmth with which he conveyed his powerful message.

Incredible fundraising event last night in Toronto for @mphcanada (Matthew Perry House) and @mmm_org (Make Music Matter), two terrific Canadian mental health charities. Quick quiz: How many great Canadian artists can you name from this one picture, and who’s their lead singer?

This is just bang on.
Canadas major projects announcements are a national embarrassment - an economic ‘hostage release’ program - that tells the world just how uninvestible Canada has become under the Liberal party. 1970s central planning Liberal govt arrogance is at an all time GDP destroying high.

The Budget Watchdog called Carney’s deficits “stupefying” and sounded the alarm on his questionable accounting. Carney’s response, after releasing the costliest budget ever, is to remove him. Canadians deserve independent oversight, not a government that avoids scrutiny while

Remembrance Day remarks that I'll deliver in Wetaskiwin later this morning: One of my favourite quotes is from John Wooden, the legendary UCLA basketball coach who said, “You can’t live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you.”

Today, more than a century after the guns fell silent in Europe, Canadians across the country and around the world pause to reflect. Our military history is as brilliant and storied as Canada itself, from simple farmers defending their homes at Queenston and Ridgeway, to the

Has it really been so long Trudeau's finance minister walked out on him on the eve of the fall economic statement, turning a wave of caucus unrest into a tsunami that brought down a sitting PM? Time flies ...

"We have the second lowest debt in the GDP!" proclaims a Liberal economic minister after regaling the House about his storied banking history, and just before literally giving himself a standing ovation. He then got benched for the second question. This after @FitchRatings

Wonder why my constituents are so intensely frustrated after ten years of this Liberal government. Incredibly, PM Carney is every bit as condescending as PM Trudeau. The Leduc #1 discovery in 1947 was responsible for the construction of my hometown, Devon, just a few minutes
WATCH: In Toronto, PM Carney asked if a new pipeline is coming. -calls it "boring," suggesting it's not of interest to the Toronto audience -says "it's going to happen," then corrects himself to say "SOMETHING is going to happen" -ends by saying that data centers will be more

Matt Jeneroux is an excellent MP and CPC Caucus colleague, a wonderful friend, and a Champion of Mental Health Parliamentarian (awarded for all Matt’s dedicated work on men’s mental health). Matt is one of those treasured people who will be a good friend long after politics.
