The platform formerly known as Twitter is getting worse, I'm getting less and less value from it, and the business model is increasingly based on shit-farming ( https://t.co/9fCqtPyZUv) so I'm calling it—I'm done. If you want to get in touch please do! Details in my profile. Bye.

My latest article is 'Towards relational ethics: Foundational concepts for the shifting ground of GLAM': https://t.co/VcbMIAeqpB Thrilled to have this included in the relaunched Humanities Research journal alongside a fantastic series of articles. #GLAM #humanities #ethics
The first issue marks a number of historic moments, including the increasing urgency of the humanities in contemporary life, as well as the rapid development of interdisciplinary, digital and public humanities over the last decade. Now available https://t.co/GioR3RfYoV

Published today, this insightful book addresses the underrepresentation of motherhood in museums. The author, Louise-Clarke, argues that museums wield the power to influence what we think about families, mothers & the labour of care. https://t.co/fHRDXa6DmU

@ARC_Tracker (I just checked—Laureates get 50 words to describe the impact of their top 10 publications; Future Fellowships get 30 words; DECRAs get 20 words.) #DE25

@ARC_Tracker For those of us approaching 5 years out of our PhD with a bunch of experience it's very little space overall to capture what we've achieved. But everyone's in the same boat, so time to knuckle down and start re-writing. #DE25

@ARC_Tracker And I think the most problematic: we only get 20 words to describe 'clear information' about the research impact of each of our top 10 publications. I was working with 50 words (as in the Laureate guidelines) which is tough but doable. 20 words is almost impossible. #DE25

@ARC_Tracker Feasibility is now supposedly 15% in the assessment criteria but the word 'feasibility' not only doesn't have a section, the word doesn't even appear in the Instructions to Applications. #DE25

I understand the desire to streamline applications for DECRAs, but to my mind they've gone a bit too hard. Only room for 5 career highlights; a single page ROPE; and all the explicit sections on mentoring and capacity building in ROPE and project description are gone @ARC_Tracker
